When posting on forum, anyway to make it show on HOME PORTAL as sticky?

I just started my new site and I am trying very hard to get it running

I made my first post about an hour ago and since then have posted two more things and it pushed my INTRODUCTION WELCOME to the bottom :( Is their anyway to move it up to the top?

Please advize, thank you.

You can't move or control posts in the forum that appear on the frontpage. You can only sticky articles to stay on top.

Are you telling me that I can sticky the Article I wrote via TP?

IchBin, I think I see what you are talking about. I will have to mess with it since I have never used the TP portion to write any articles and I see there are many options so I will just mess with it and learn by trial and error. Thanks bro :)
