Just to let you people know that someone is trying to 'scam' by selling themes which he officially isn't owning.

I'm not sure if you can do something on it, I was thinking on at least requesting the administrator of that website to remove the thread and ban the user.

It would appear he has removed them. Although, I do see the title.
"Premuim smf 1.1.8 tp themes for sale"

It would also indicate that it was this person who thought they could do such a thing.

Yes IchBin, same person. and his own forum ( where i just got banned from hahaha ) www.gigasharez.org (former biohazard )

I have contacted him with a hard reality threat  

he had posted that on several sites, but i remember his own site ( smf ) so i went there and spammed it down with screenshots with a lawsuit  :coolsmiley:

Well, it appears that he is using vbulletin on both of those sites now.  Also, if it's the same person, it appears that his topic in the showcase here points to a site that has been upgraded to SMF 2.0 RC1 and SimplePortal.  I suggest that this topic be removed ---> http://www.tinyportal.net/index.php/topic,28208.msg224673.html#msg224673
