Welcome to TP 1.0 beta 3!
The mod you have just installed is called TinyPortal and is a mod package for SMF that will enhance your forum with articles, blocks and ability to write own HTML/PHP code ...and much more! It will transform your forum to a full-blown website without ever leaving the forum area.

A quick overview over what TP can offer:

Blocks

    * Many types of information containers, called blocks. They can placed in any page you like, in up to 6 different panels.
    * Block titles can be translated
    * Block types includes PHP, HTML/BBC, userbox, newsbox, rss feed and many more.


Articles

    * Several types of articles including PHP, HTML or BBC article, as well as imported articles.
    * many options to display items of an article, including comments, rating, author etc.
    * Multiple layout options to show article listings


Modules

    * External TP modules that plugin directly, and will enhance TP with new functions easily.
    * On/off options
    * Adds automatically new permissions, block types related to the mod and notifications.

Admin > TinyPortal > Articles

The copyright info, above the footer of the site is in the file: TPBlockLayout.template

I reinstall the forum and portal, now is not the welcome message 

And I took the RSS feed block
