TP Admin Loading Very Slow (Javascript Issue)

Hello,

I've searched the forum for solutions to this issue without success. This post relates to the exact same problem but has not been answered.

I'm working on a site locally with XAMPP.

TP version: 1.075
Theme name and version: Black Rain V2
Mods installed: SMF Gallery Litee 1.8.3, Language Drop 1.0, SMF Media Gallery 1.5.4, Contact Page 1.1, Multilingual Board Name and Description 1.1.0
Languages: Hungarian UTF8, Serbian Latin UTF8
Related Error messages: No error messages

With Javascript enabled in my browser (tested in Firefox and Opera) i can not access ANY of the TP admin panels and functions or I have to wait atleast one minute until the content loads.

If I disable Javascript the admin functions load promptly. After experimenting awhile I found that the script causing this problem is the whizzywigs.js because if I rename it by FTP there is no problem.

I tried to temporary upload the site and see how it behaves online. Also tried with the default theme...

Is it necessary to run this script because as far as I can tell everything functions ok without it. What does it do?

This worked. Replaced the "whizzywig.js" file and the page page now loads almost instantly.
