Hello.

I got many threats from a former member in my clan saying that he would hack my website if i did not give in to his demands. I got all fed up and told him to [censored] off then banned him. Now i have this error message on my page.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.9 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.9 OpenSSL/0.9.7a DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.8.8 Server at www.theoaps.co.uk Port 80

Anyone knows what i can do?

That error can show up for numerous reasons, most of the times it's a mod that didnt install correctly. Also DB changes ( updates, crashes ) cause the same kind of errors.
Also wrongly set permissions to the index.php files can cause the same

Yes, but i have not done anything to the site, and neither has anyone else in the crew. And this member i mentioned, i guess did this to us, since he did the same to another website just 2 weeks ago. That is also part of the reason he got banned from my clan and website.

Then you have to check your files and folders and see what he did, or contact your hst, this is not our support department, it's SMF or your host that have to help you figure this out.

Yes get with your host. You a.lso need to have your host research who did what and if they can pinpoint the IP that did it then they can ban the IP at server level.

Kimmen

Thanks, i will make contact with the host and see what comes up.

It looks to me like your host turned some security options on. Like mod_security or something. You definitely need to speak to them. I don't think the user has done anything to your site just because of this error.
