Can someone direct me to the API(Structure) for TP v1.X Modules so I may proceed to port mods.

I'm not sure that there is one that has been released for public use yet.  Give me a day or 2 and I'll check into it.

There is no API released. But you could definitely look at the shoutbox module as a starting point IMO.

Its not so much a full blown API as more a frame-work which you can extend with your own code - as long as you follow some guidelines for the modules functions.

I will soon write up a example module, so one can see the flow.

Great, can't wait to see more details on this, as simply coding php and placing it in the form of an article does not play nice :)
