Just installed Tiny portal with SMF and have some ?'s!

Hello, I just finished installing TP version 0.9.8 with SMF 1.1.8.

I downloaded the TP into a folder, put all the files in zip, uploaded it to SMF and wala! It was up and running.

Question!
In the admin panel, when I go over to Tiny Portal, there are no settings for me to play with. It has a table, yet its empty.

Was I only suppose to zip up a few files from the download?

I know I did something wrong but cant come to my senses!

Any help is appreciated!
