Creating a centre block under an artical?

Hi All,
I have TP 0983 installed on my smf 1.1.8 forum and love it,
looks great, works sweet to.
I have a question: How do I create centre block under an article?
I have side blocks on left and right working fine, I have a jpg in the top block working fine, I have my forum intro in an article next.
But when I try to create centre block under the article, it does not show?
Any help would be cool.
