smf 1.1.8 update errors

Hi,
     I am getting errors while updating the smf1.1.8. not only that any other mods if i try to install they are giving 500 error page after sometime and the error log will fill upto 10000 pages or errors (actually 2 errors repeats - screen shot attached). Please resolve the issue. Thanks

Last success ful installtion is "reCAPTCHA for SMF" after that when i tried to install "cbi " it given the same errors and now for smf 1.1.8 also giving same errors.

Not an errror from TP thats for sure, 11 sites updated since yesterday, and some of them are heavy loaded with mods, and not a single error in the loggs
Also testen on clean install of SMF1..1.8 and TP v098 and TPV106 and no errors except the ones we know about for TP V1.0.5 and 1.0.6 so far.
So i think you need to ask on SMF at this time, it's not a TP error
