Error after fresh install

I am getting this error when I go to view "profile". I just installed TP. I have installed SMF and TP on several websites and have never gotten this error message. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare tpsummary() (previously declared in /home/content/html/mywebsite/forums/Sources/Profile.php:2981) in /home/content/html/mywebsite/forums/Sources/Profile.php on line 3038"

Oh, one other thing. In the default theme after installing TP I have 3 "forum" tabs.
FYI> I did install TP, then Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it. But, I had the 3 "forum" tabs after the first install.

It sounds like you need to uninstall TP and then manually remove it to ensure all remnants of it have been removed.  Then try a fresh install again. Should the fresh install fail again then you will need to do a manual install of TP.   You can see how to do that here:  How to Manually install TP

Thanks for all the great sarcasm... oh. I mean help. I just went ahead and completely uninstalled everything. Yes everything. But everything is great now,  yes everything.
