Question about where to find a tinyportal download

Im new here sorry if i am posting in the wrong sport i saw this forum is using
TinyPortal v.1.0 beta 3 © Bloc

and i cant seem to find where to download it can someone point me in the right direction?

when you are logged in go to the Downloads section (top menu) and then look for the TinyPortal folder

When is the next version of TP coming out?
