[bugtracker] DL manager category error when assigning files uploaded via FTP

TP version 1.0.6 beta 2
No mods other that TP installed.

When uploading via FTP and attempting to assign multiple files to an existing category,  the system always creates a new category to put them in.

For example leaving the "New Category" field blank and picking the existing category from the drop down menu.  It will assign the files to a new category called "-no name-" within the category chosen.  What should happen is to assign the files into the chosen category.
