Articles and Categories

I recently updated to SMF 1.1.7 and TP v.1.0.6 beta 2

Well in the older version of TP there was an option on the blocks to display 'one article' and 'article category'. These seem to be missing... How do you get a category or and article to show up in a block now.

I have tried selecting it from the list at the bottom in the block.

Pick board then pick category.
Go to board and can see block but nothing in it.
Go back unselect category pick article.
again nothing just an empty block
go back choose article and category.
nothing
select show up on all forum board... empty block.
Nothing I seem to do makes a differnce.
And yes the articles are active and the categories are also...

My board has a ton of articles sorted to be on certain boards. AM I doing something wrong or is this broke in the beta?

They were taken out at the beginning of TP 1.0 beta1 I think. They have been added back in, and you shoudl see them in beta3 which is currently being bug fixed, and worked on. No release date or time is set for it.
