Link to my site: http://www.bimeiden.nl
SMF version: SMF ver. 1.1.7
TP version: TP ver. 1.0.6
Theme name and version: Default SMF (Yes, i have changed the colours)
Mods installed: See attached :D
Related Error messages: None

I have searched the Forum and the Bugtracker to see if anybody else has reported this as a bug and haven't found anything.

My problem is that i can not choose extra membergroups to edit a specifik block. This is quite frustrating.. since i have now a girl who is responsible for my Front Page.

When i enable a certain membergroup and click Save, nothing happens. It just disables itself again.

What can i do?

G6Cad

make sure your browser have cleared cache and temp internet files, if that dont work, try another browser.

Lafemme

Oke.. i have tried it in IE 7 and FF 2. I''ve cleard the cache and internet files.

IE 7 : stays the same, i enable extra membergroup, save and nothing is enabled.

FF 2 : i enable extra membergroup,  click save, and then see a login page, since i am suddenly logged out. When i log in i am redirected to the admin TP news page. Very weird...

G6Cad

What does your error log tell you when you try the ff2 part ?

Jokey

Hey G6 - just so you know, maybe it is a 1.0.6 bug? I tried it on my forum SMF 1.17 and TP 1.0.5 in both IE and FF and everything worked fine. Maybe it is TP 1.0.6? Like with the ADVShoutbox.  ???

Lafemme

@ G6 ... Nothing :(

@ P V C Blue... this could be... if it;s a bug.. i will report it.. but first i want to know if i am the only one.. But thanks for the reply  :)

G6Cad

As it works on all other sites i have tested i know it's not a bug.

1. Can be a security server settings that is set to tight ( had that on my own site )
2. Browser issue   ( will work with cleared cache and temp internet files )

But with the description given with getting logged out when they are trying to change the settings, it can be just about anything, and especially with all these mods installed as the list show from the first post.

Lafemme, can you PM me your admin account loggin for you site so i can test this from here ?
