Unhappy and I want to uninstall

Well first all it shows is the Tinyportal, I can't even see my forum and it won't even let me unistall it.

It doesn't show anything in the installed list so can someone help me?

Looks like its working to me.

The top block is large enough that you can't see the forum unless you scroll down. You do however, need a forum button added to your theme.

Any help on that ?... First time using SMF I couldn't afford vbulletin anymore.

Yes, go into your admin and click on the manage blocks link. Then scroll to that block and turn it off.

Can't find it I have 1.1.7 and the tiny portal thing is empty.

and I don't see the thing where it says activate UTF.

Follow the instructions in the link I provided. It does not tell you to activate UTF8. It tells you that if you do have utf8 enabled, that you need to change it to english instead of englishutf8.

At this point you will probably need to go through a manual install and see if something is missing in the code or the files. If you'd like I can take a look. PM me account details for an admin login, and ftp if you'd like. Otherwise, you'll need to follow these instructions.
