How to show cats and forums on frontpage?

Iv spent about a day trying to work out how to display the catogries and the actual forums in the catogries how do I go about doing this on the frontpage?

Not quite sure what you're asking. Do you just want to show the forum on the front page? Or do you just want a  customized list of them? Please be specific. Also, its important that you provide us with the info in the posting guidelines.

Its ok I found how to do it, was just simple display the forum on the index page found the setting in Tinyportal>Settings>Frontpage  :buck2:
