It would appear that you have installed other mods and they have left a lot of other code that is most likely conflicting. Here's a snippet of your page when viewing the blocks.

As you can see, you have a LOT of duplicate code. The installation/uninstallation of mods are the cause leaving all the extra code around. The only way I can see getting this to work would to be to clean all the code up. Or replacing the the files and installing your mods again. Checking with each mod one at a time to make sure things continue to work.
