Hi,
I'm trying to put in some downloads on my site. I made categories and now i tried to upload a file 3 times allready, but nothing is showing up. I don't see it in the admin panel neither do i see them when i look in ftp. What can i do to get them to show up ?

What size is the file? What is the upload limit set in your download manager settings? What is the upload limit that your host has on their php configuration? You'll need to ask your host this if you don't know that answer to that.

hmm don't know the upload limit , the file is 40 mb and i have set the size in the download manager to 102400 kb wich is 100mb if i am right. If the upload limit of the server is not enough could i upload thru ftp and add it to the categorie ?

Ok figured it out, uploaded in ftp and then put into the categorie

Most hosts have a default of 2MB upload. You'll have to ask them to up that limit if you need more. I would say most hosts wouldn't allow more than 10MB. But yes, the upload via FTP is a work around for the larger files. Glad you figured it out.
