Trouble adding Shout Box

I have several forums with a shout box

am having problems adding adding one on www.sagebc.com

TP version 1.0.6  smf version 1.1.6
Theme is Callisto

Appreciate any help

Why is the shoutbox not showing in TP 1.0?.html

Thanks....  If I understand things right, that is for an upgrade...  mine is a fresh install..

The new photo program, the name escapes me, is not showing up either..

Maybe I should delete 1.06  and try 1.05?

So what are the module settings? Is the module on? In the blocks type, do you have TP module type selected? Do you have the shoutbox chosen in the block settings after creating the block? Please give us some info about what you have done, and what you're settings are so we can help.

I can not find the switch in the control panel...  I have a few SMF forums etc  and will more than embarrassed when I see how easy it is....  ya'll know what I mean

In that dropdown, the last choice in it say "TP Module"   ( as the Shoutbox are a tp module ) that is the one you have to use, when you have created a block with that option, you will see the option of choosing the shoutbox

ok.. it was a few steps as I had to install the TP shout box. now I am having problem turning it on...  going from a red dot to a green dot...

Clear your cache and temp internet files and restart your browser and try again

I have done that, and I do see the shout in the Tiny portal section, I think I have everything turned on...

I so appreciate your help,  I have several forums, and am just not doing well on this install...

Have you activated the shoutbox module in the shoutbox Admin ?

In the image you show there. you see the link to ( admin ) in the middle of the image
