Hello,

I have 3 blocks on that i want to display on the frontpage in the Frontpage block panel.

If i choose to display: show frontpage blocks in 2 columns in the panel admin it still result showing it in 3 columns.
Not 2 columns and 1 beneath it.

I have SMF 1.1.6 and TP 1.0.6

what can i do?

Add more info as we need to know every little bit of settings you have, both for blocks, frontpage and grid layout etc etc

If you uncheck the grid layou and just have the 2column set with 50%, how will that make your frontpage block look ?

Lafemme

hi.. i am unable to uncheck the grid option. even if i choose an other option then the grid..
Now i am unable to ad more boxes to the frontpage blocks... because it now only shows 3 blocks on one row...

Should i report it as a bug?

as it works on our testsites it's more likly your browser or some broken files.
If i recall you have had a lot of strange issues going on since you installed tp ( no matter the version )

I think you could start clear your browser from cookies, cache and temp internet files and then restart your browser or even the PC itself.
If that doesent work, try another browser, if that still makes you unable to change the settings or add a block, you start going through the manuall install guides and make sure everything got added and have the correct permissions,

How do I manually install TinyPortal

I believe this is fixed in Beta 4 which should be out soon.

Please in the future make your own post so we can track it is easier as it's own post. There are times when you think you have the same issue when in fact you might not.

This is my own post... I changed my name ;)

But great news..   ;D

I was thinking... does it maybe has something to do with the fact that i can not uncheck the alignment according the grid?

When i was testing the different settings i choose the last option : Display the blocks according to a grid, I choose the first setting of the 2.

Now i can not uncheck that setting. (please view my panel.gif image above) Although i have choosen to display the blocks in 2 columns.
