[bugtracker] Time differ between TP head and Recent Topics in TP Default theme

Hi!
Quite a long time ago I observed that my forums' time are offset to one another: In the head of the Core theme the time is at least 1 hour behind the posts in the Recent block.

Server settings are set to differ 0 from the server time, and also my profile differs 0. This goes for tp098 as well as 106.

Strange, though: In one of my forums, residing on the same server as the other ones, the difference is 2 hours... All the forums have the same settings applied.

Recent block just use the internal time function of SMF, so its not directly a TP bug if its a difference there.
