titles on articles not showing up...

Related Error messages: The News and All the article options are not working. You can see on the main page the articles do not have title, comments and etc, yet I have it select for all the articles to have them.

Look in the bugtracker, on on the first page in the support forum, there are 2 or 3 topics going on with this very question, also it's been posted in the bugtracker.

If there was a fix it would show that the bug was closed and fixed for the next beta.

Well, considering Bloc hasn't fixed it yet I would say you'll at least have to wait for that. Otherwise, we usually don't release fixes as they are added to the next beta.
