How to: set block width ??

TP version: 1.0.6 beta 2
Theme name and version: Custom theme
Mods installed: No mods installed
Related Error messages: No error messages

This has to be something simple I'm just overlooking, but I haven't been able to find it for some reason.  I know the option to set block width is part of the older versions of TP, but I can't seem to find it in 1.0.5 beta 1.   Sorry for the dumb question, but can someone show me where that is?  Thanks a lot.

oh duh.  lol.   Thanks a lot guys.        And now I realize I have a problem:


For some reason only the left panel is obeying me.   I can't change the width of the right panel, AND when I change the "padding between panels", only the left side of the left panel is affected.     The right side of the left panel (in between the left panel and a front page block) does not change.  Neither side of the right panel changes. 

Could this be my theme?  And if it is, can someone point me to the file where I can go and manually edit this?  Thanks very much.

Ah ,didn't see that it was a link. Only thought you had put that its a test site so you don't have a link. Will check it out now.
