When trying to run the upgrade from TP1.0.5 beta1 to 1.0.6 beta 2 I get the following error and the upgrade does not appear to complete:

    * Upshrink table exists
    * Upshrink table created
    * Settings table exists
    * Settings table created
    * Updated version to 105
    * Blocks table exists
    * Changed pos in blocks table
    * Updated old blocks
    * Variables table exists.
    * Changed value5 in variables table
    * Updated old categories
    * Updated body in articles table
      articles_type could not be updated

Is anyone able to suggest how I may fix this? (I'm sure its probably something simple)

Hm, you might need to manually change that field in the database. Are you confident using PHPMyAdmin?

I'm sure I can manage that if you can advise what needs changing.  I did have a brief search for articles_type before I posted but didn't turn anything up.  This could possibly have something to do with the issues it is having updating it ;)

Run the db upgrade from the browser

yoursiteurl/manual_tp_install.php

EDIT:

Never mind,  I am a moron sometimes..... I was adding article_type in the database and not just type.

Got it installed.  Thanks!

Removed the tp package from the download until Bloc have found a fix for it.
Until he does ( can take some time still ) i suggest you go back to your previous install from backups you must have done before you upgraded.
