Problem w/ Global Mods not being able to edit articles

You didn't tell me if the membergroup suggestion worked. Does it work for other membergroups? Does it work if the global mod is a member of an additional group?

no, I tried a couple of combinations, even making a new test membergroup. It does not :-(

So then, your issue is not with Global Mods, its with all membergroups? I haven't logged in to look at it yet.

Do you have a test account "besides the admin account" that you use to check this out on your forum?

sure, a couple. I sent you one of them... They don't work either and I get the same thing the mods get "You are not allowed to retrieve news" or something close along that line. This, when you're trying to save an article?!

No, I can edit and save. No problems, but other member groups can't... I've tried permissions, etc. I just don't know where I'm missing something.

Is tha the only error you get? Do you get the unable to load template 'main' error when trying to create an article with any of those accounts as well? Will try to take a look tomorrow.
