Updating from TP v0.9 to v1.0.5 - errors

I would like to upgrade my TP from TP v0.9 to v1.0.5 however I follow the instructions on the uninstalling first and get the errors listed below. Now I am not sure how to proceed from here on. Do I just ignore these errors and uninstall and install the later version.
