Tp not compatible with my version of SMF?

Message I get when I try to upload:

Install Actions
Installations actions for "TinyPortal":
The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF.

SMF version 1.16, and I downloaded TinyPortal 0.9.8.
Forum is http://conbrioguild.com/forum/ssi/

I disabled my forum theme, too. What am I doing wrong? I thought I read which versions worked with one another correctly, but perhaps I didn't?

Check the sticky topic in the install board, IchBin have posted a working copy of TP for your version there

The version in that thread (unless I clicked the wrong one..?) is the same one I've already downloaded..
