Tiny Portal Settings?

I am trying to follow this document:

"To begin, go to "Admin > Tiny Portal > Settings > Frontpage". You will have several options as follows"

But when I go to Admin, where do I click on Tiny Portal? Do I go back into packages? There is a listing for Tiny Portal in the left column, but it isn't clickable.

Welcome to TinyPortal Takeelah.

You don't actually click on the TinyPortal part... you just look in that control box and click on the 'Settings' link.
