have you ever accidentally dragged a very important folder into some other folder, not seeing where it went, and having to figure out where you put it, not even knowing you did it????

i just dragged a components folder of a joomla install into some random part of my site and lost it. it ended up being in the cache folder.... i = retard

I've done that once, but only on my Desktop. :)  I was fortunate enough to realize I did it shortly after, and a ctrl+z saved the day. :D

Ken.

Lost my entire website a few weeks back... made me completely change up how I do ftp file edits.  ???

Done it many, many times.. But usually with music or photos on my computer. Not often with the site. It usually happpens when dragging a large selection around.

Hey ho.

i was pretty PO'd. all i wanted to do was upload one image, and the stupid touch pad thing, when i was moving the mouse i guess i grabbed a folder too and threw everything away!!

Maybe you could use Copy/Paste rather than Drag n Drop. Does the same thing.
Didn't realise Undo would return the dropped items back to their original place.. Will try that.

it will if your in windows moving files around and stuff. if you delete a file you can bring it back i think.... if you copy a bunch of stuff on accident it will delete it.
