expand blocks by default

Hi, how do i hide the buttons on top of my page beside the menu that will collapse left and right side blocks?

You cant by default, you can however remove the shrink buttons.

Search the forum and use the search term ( remove shrink )
I even thing there is a topic pretty hig up on the first page of this board. Made by BrianW
