[solved] show block in forum boards only, not posts

I've searched for an answer to this but maybe I'm searching in the wrong places. And I hope I'm posting this in the right place.
I have a "php block" and an "html block" that I would like to show members when they are viewing the forum, forum boards and the list of topics in a board, and I don't want it to show up when they are viewing just a single topic/subject. There doesn't seem to be a setting for this in the "visual options" of the block settings. Any way to make this work? Thanks in advance.

Try this to see if it gives you what you need:
Admin>TinyPortal>Panels and Blocks>Panel>Hide panels when in custom actions:>... enter 'topic' into that window.

Example: gallery,arcade,tpmod,board,topic
