ERROR with: Install:TinyPortal0.9.8 for SMF1.1RC3-SMF1.1.4

Hey Guys,

once again me... having problem with TP. After i changed the SMF Theme.. I cant install TP as errors occured.
Once I try to use the package-manager and use the TP modification... two errors occured:
   /kunden/185163_34292/webseiten/forum/Themes/default/index.template.php
   /kunden/185163_34292/webseiten/forum/Themes/default/Help.template.php

Plus the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tportal_version() in /kunden/185163_34292/webseiten/forum2/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 354

Dunno wether its a host problem.. but i really wanna get this fixed.
i might have to admit that I'm not really into these things, but I'm quite keen to get to know everything I need

I found a nice answer and tired to change the load.php file..and now I got a new error.
And when I tried to search for it...hmm, dunno wat to do!

I download the SMF with the TP included. So Im not sure HOW to to the manual installation.

Thats wat I done:

in load.php (in sources folder) look for:

tp_loadtheme()

and add just above it this:

   require_once('TPortal.php');
_________________________________

And now I got a new error:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'TPortal.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /kunden/185163_34292/webseiten/forum/Sources/Load.php on line 1133

And it's me again!
After the forum is now working again... well some parts.
I get an error once I try to get into my admin center:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function tp_addperms() in /kunden/185163_34292/webseiten/forum/Sources/Admin.php on line 131

I tried to search for this error and YES I found a nice thread.

But I'm not sure wether I shld follow the instructions as the TP came with the SMF and was already installed. So do I have to install TP manually to get into admin center!? Or can do some modifications on certain php files to clear this error!?!?
