Blocks not showing properly, admin options not showing properly

Hey, for some reason my TP blocks are not showing up properly while I'm logged in, and in the admin area under TinyPortal, it's completely blank. But the blocks show up perfectly when I'm logged out. Can someone please help.

I've also tried reinstalling TP multiple times, and clearing my browser cache, cookies, etc.

Yep. Found one. There was a whole guide on it! =)

maybe that should be like stickied or something....it seems like it would happen a lot since it happens with all fantastico installs.
