Shoutbox?

Sorry if this is wrong section couldn't find the right one.But where do I find this shoutbox everyone has?I need one for my front page but I can't find one =\.I used the search button to but just found shoutbox help topics.If anyone could tell me how to get one that I can make scroll that would be greatly appreciated.I'm using tiny portal beta version and smf 1.1.5

Take a read in the news board where Bloc has posted a couple of topics about the beta version. One of which explains how to get the shoutbox.
