Hi there, I am trying to rebuild my forum as my old one is giving me grief. Im currently trying to build it up to how I want before bringing over members and messages etc.  :P

Anyway, I have set up an article for the front page, including intro text which shows fine, but once I click on the "read more" in the bottom right corner of the article, the body text does not show at all, just take me to a blank (not to be mistaken by a white screen)  :o I have tried searching for this but not found anything relevant.

Does anyone have any idea what might have gone awry? I have my settings on "only articles" which I have on my current live forum also, which works fine  :-\ Just wondering if maybe I have missed a setting somewhere to show the body text as well as the intro...which would be typical of me  :idiot2:

** Update** Strranger still, i went in to edit the colour and it has switched itself over to using no intro...and no matter how I try to tell it to add the intro its having none of it  :tickedoff: I am thinking that maybe something is wrong with my install??

Ive included all required info below...many thanks in advance guys  :-*

Its difficult to check as you have disabled Guest viewing of the forum.

Can you check the Bugtracker from the main menu here as this may have been submitted as a bug, I don't remember.

I discovered this problem last night myself.  I see now that if articles aren't categorized, only the admin will be able to see them.  However, I'm logged in as the admin, and they're still blank.

Further, I created a couple of categories, but when I edited an article to put it  into a category, the categories I created didn't show up in the category pull-down menu.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
