TinyPortal installation on Apache webserver

I just installed smf on my webserver to localhost\indexnew,
i want to install TinyPortal, but I DON'T KNOW HOW ! 
So can you tell me, how can i install TinyPortal ?

btw, i have full acces to MySql 4, and trying to install TinyPortal 6beta

Mot important thing to do when you post such a question is use the search box at the left and u will find all y're answers :-)

In answer to y're question.. go to your admin center - package manager - download new packages - upload a package and follow the instructions.

I got form that threat only have index file no instruction no extensions for that file either
