coucou!

for information,

here is a screenShot of a trouble I get with the upper block for the front page ...

IchBin

Assuming you are using the wysiwig or fckeditor to make this block? Each editor has a button so that you can view the source/code. It looks to me like the editors are adding a lot of extra line breaks and stuff. Hard to say without being able to look at it. It would help if you followed the posting guidelines so we could have the proper information. FYI, the feedback board is for feedback, not support. Thanks.

brygida

hmm
this is the second time i receive a message "this is not for support"

i send the screen shot "for information" i mean for feedback and

n o t / niet / nie / no /
for support...

IchBin

Feedback in English here means, "A place where you can provide feedback to the developer about what you think of the product". Not a place for you to show your problem, and then get feedback. That is what we call support here. Thanks.

brygida

okey, i'll better stop giving feedbacks

G6Cad

You dont give any feedback, your seeking support for a layout issue.

Support is support, feedback is exactly the opposit and definatly what IchBin said in his post.

Brygida, don't worry about what it's called. You have a problem. You want it fixed.
Give the staff the information they need and you'll probably get what you want.

The guidelines IchBin referred to ask for the following information:

Link to my site: http://www.yourdomain.com
SMF version: SMF ver. here
TP version: TP ver. here
Theme name and version: Theme name here
Mods installed: Mods listed here
Related Error messages: Error message here

Since this appears to be just a layout problem you probably aren't getting error messages.
It may be helpful to state which setting you are using for the editor (WYSIWYG? other?).
It may also help if you can provide an example of the article code from the article manager.

Thanks a lot antechinus for your message !  :)
