Stupid question

This is probably the most stupid, annoying and unnecessary question ever, but:

One of my 10 gropus may submit articels (At least I'd checked that group under Articel Manager/Submissions).
Now, how and where do they submit?

You have to have the userblock activated for them, they have the submit link in that block "Manage Articles"

You see the user block here on the top left? You need to have that block enabled so they can see the submit article link in it.
