How can i put in the fisrt page: articles + blocks of the main page?

I have some questions please

1- How can i put in the fisrt page: articles + blocks of the main page? it seems there is no option for that ( only blocks + articles)

2- Why is the center block not showing in the articles?

3- Is there a code i can use to prevent copying my articles?
