G6Cad

And how do you think we should know what you know when you didnt add any sort of info what so ever ?
Please read the posting guide for support ( sticky topic in this board) and provide us with the info we need to know-

mikejezz

okay the forum were above the news on my page...

Then I somehow changed layout and then poof it went away.

why cant I action=forum it after I installed TP?

G6Cad

Again, read the posting guide, and add the info wee have written down that we need to know.

right now it's like, i bought breaks for saab, and my volvo cant break now ....

You added what where ?  what did you do ? what code did you use, where did you use it, and how did you add it ? to what theme , what versions of forum and tp are you using, do you have other mods besides TP installed ?
Please provide the details so we dont have to ask it every single time to help you solve the issues.

mikejezz

okay okay :)

I want like mmo-champion be able to have a index page, and a ability to click on forum, each separate if you understand...

and how do I remove the TP news?

Ken.

Looking at your link the first thing that pops out is your custom theme (Dark Break).

All of your install work must be done while in the SMF Default theme and only after getting mods including TinyPortal to work correctly should you switch to a custom theme.

Ahh okay Ken.

So I actually need to delete TP, select a normal theme, and then reinstall?

Ken.

Thats not really what was in my post.

Place your forum into the SMF Default theme any time your are doing any kind of mod or theme install or file editing.

Once in that SMF Default theme you can go ahead with your install of TP or whatever mod you are wanting to install and when the install is completed make sure that your freshly installed mod is working correctly.

Only then can you start to work with custom themes.

One other point:
You still have not done as G6 asked you to do.... read and follow the posting guide for this board.
Once you've posted the information the pg asks for we'll be able to help your resolve your issue without having to play 20 questions.
