Modules were working, now they are not

The shoutbox, and all of the other modules were working fine in my forum when I uploaded everything, and even after I changed my theme. I logged off, went to church, and came home, and now I cant get my modules to work. They were not showing when I logged back on, and I've read all of the support stickies, but cant seem to find anything that will work.

Everything is turned to on in the modules, still wont work

OK, now same problem today, and I cant get them to come back on. Everything is turned on in the admin panel, but they will not show.

Must be something with my server. I'm having to put it into maintenance mode, then as soon as I do that, they show back up.

Yes, host issue and you have to ask them what and why this happends on your forum
