Can i remove from my pages the text TinyPortal v1.0.5 beta 1© i now web sites who have done this. I dont like to show  TinyPortal v1.0.5 beta 1© in all my articles

No, you can't.

The copywrite stays in place along with all the other copywrites, not too much to ask for something thats free. And if a site has removed any copywrite, they have broken the terms and conditions of the license.

OK its ok but if i have the TinyPortal v1.0.5 beta 1© in the place where is the SMF copyright i think its ok that but how can i change that...

I just wanna know where to change the colour of that text.
At the moment it is white, I'd like it to be golden brown like the bars in my theme.
