rss news feeder for tinyportal

Does anyone know of a way to use rss feeds in a scrolling format on tinyportal?

You could include the RSS feed in an article or block with php, and then surround it with some javascript that will scroll. I don't have any code at hand to show you. But I'm sure you could find something pretty easy via google.

The scrolling should work something like this, it will even stop as long as you put your move over it.

But how do I include an RSS feed? If i select RSS block i cannot input any code to it and i got no idea how the code looks like so i could place it into an php or html box...

Can't someone that knows where to find it just post the code of an RSS block so i can add the line and use it? Please!
