Obviously, the SMF Gallery integrates simply, and I assume springing the $50 for Pro might be worthwhile but not ideal.

I've read a few of the threads here and at SMF, and wonder what others think.

I think the site I'm developing could really benefit from a "kick-ass" User participation Photo Gallery.

Your Thoughts?

Ken.

I struggled with trying to make Gallery2 and Coppermine work smoothly with SMF/TP for a long and resisted SMFGallery Pro because of the cost. But because of my dissatisfaction with G2 and cpg I finally went with the pro version of SMFGallery and have been well pleased with the result.

Well, if YOU struggled.... Can you imagine Mr. I'm getting a "Fatal Error" trying it?   :2funny:

LOL bas123

and I actually like SMF Gallery Pro, not the free edition though...

There are plenty of configurable options and Thurnok has coded some nice blocks to use with SMF Gallery

Coppermine is kinda a pain, especially trying to make the skin resemble your forum
