Front page question

Have searched for the last 2 hours but I didn't find anything conclusive. 

Is it possible to have Featured Article, "Show on Front Page" Articles, and Forum Posts all showing on the front page? I have tried every imaginable combination of the options, but can't get this combination up?

If possile, which options do I need to set?

Yes.

Set it to show featured article and forum posts

(Featured article means ONE article will be shown ontop of the forum posts.

Thanks, as per original post though, can I have Featured Article, all articles that are set to "show on front page" in their options, and a number of forum posts displayed at the same time?

The short answer is no... as you noted in your first post you've already tried all of the combinations for setting it up and its not giving you your desired layout.

TP 1.x Beta1 has been released so if you have a test forum you might want to give it a try to see if the layout options that are available in it will give you what you need.
