Cannot hide any blocks via Panel Settings

Hello peeps
As stated, I cannot change whether to hide the blocks on the front page via AP.

When I try to hide the left, right or all the blocks via AP, they are still visible.
This is what the blocks/panels are set to in my AP.

Also, when I choose to hide the left blocks via the   +,-   buttons, only half of them hide.
Any ideas peeps?

SMF version: 1.1.4
TP version: 0.9.8
Theme name and version: Invazion114

Incase for some reason, a mod could affect this action, I have listed a couple

I currently have the left and right panels turned off.

Can't see much of your site because you require guests to login.

Wow, I would have to say that one of those mods could cause problems.... But which? lol You have WAY too many IMO.

Yea, I've got an account setup for peeps to check it out.
The details are at the bottom of my post.

So it is possible that a mod could be affecting this?
Is there a section/code I would need to add, that would put that functions action, before any mod?

Didn't noticed the account details. It looks to me like some of the code you're using in your blocks could also be the problem. Disable some blocks to see if you can find out which ones are causing it. As for the panels not showing, make sure that you also have each block set to display in those areas that they are not appearing.

Yep.
With the problem of only half of the left blocks disappearing, after clicking the   +.-   buttons, it came down to the  Posts/Topics Snippet by Dragoon.
I'll locate that thread and inquire about it there.

I have the panels switched to off.
Wouldnt this mean that they shouldnt be showing in the front page?

Do you have articles or anything set to display the sidebars? That might perhaps over-ride that setting. I don't see any sidebars in the forum so that may be it.

I just went through all of my articles, and there is none selected to show the blocks.
I have them disabled in the forums.
It is not compulsory to have them in the front page aye?
You are able to switch them off yea?

You had left and right side panels set to display on your frontpage settings....
