linktree - additional -no name- ?

Did the 1.05 upgrade last night... smooth.

I have a top level category called 'Articles' for.... the majority of my site articles to go in.. with sub cats.
Under the racing sub category I have previews  & reports sub cats.. so 3 levels.

The only article I have copied across at present is in race reports so I'd expect the link tree to look like:

ultrarunner.co.uk > Articles > Racing > Race Reports > TITLE

instead it appears as:

ultrarunner.co.uk > -no name- > Articles > Racing > Race Reports > TITLE

the spare no name links to cat 9999 !

On some servers we have seen that it's not working as it should, and Bloc is looking into it.

all my articles are in categories......  (correct me if i'm wrong!)

unless you mean my 'articles' category needs to be in a category.... which would be a little bizarre.

Sorry for raising this old topic again, but

I have exactly the same issue in SMF 1.1.10 & TP v1.0 beta 4 -->  "cat=9999" haunts in the linktree as "-no name-" even though all my categories have names and all articles belong to a category.

Is there anything I can directly edit/modify to make the "no name-" category disappear - or is this issue still being looked into? Thanks.

If you have this issue, you eather have a bad install of tp ( or bad upgrade ) or even if you say you have named all categories and articles one are still named - no name - 
Keep checking your install and article categories and articles

I tried to uninstall, delete and reinstall TP (default theme) but the "no name" still keeps haunting there... I wonder should just I uninstall TP, delete all smf_tp tables from the database and install it again then and recreate the articles...

First check your categories and then articles and find the one that say no name. it will not show a noname if you dont have one

Yes, every article and category have a name... luckily I have just one category with one article and one sub category with three articles so it's easy to validate at this point. I have previously created empty articles and categories but have deleted them all from the admin panel. It seems that something obviously went wrong there and this "no-name" didn't get erased 100% - even if there is no sign of it anymore in the admin section.

You can check your tp-articles table in your database through phpmyadmin and see if ( and what ) article still holds the -no name - and delete it from there
