How do I change Menu of TP???

[srstudioz]

At the moment, I am using the Outline TP theme on my site and the menu looks like this:
Home, Forum, Help, Search, Admin, Profile, My Messages, Members, Logout

I want to change it to:
Home, Gallery, Services, Contact, Forum

In the Forum button, I want a drop down menu to open:
Help, Search, Profile, My Messages, Admin, Members, Logout, Register

You have to ask the theme creator to help you with these changes to it.

He said to come and look around on TP Forums but OK I'll let him know Thanks anyway.
