I met an error msg when I tried to install TP 1.0.5 Beta. Screenie is as below:-

Please advice  :uglystupid2:

That is not the Default SMF core theme that should be set as default during any nstall of any mod to your forum.
The babylon error is probably because you have remved the babylon theme from your server or perhaps renamed it. If you dont use the babylon theme, you can iggnore that error

The index.template.php file is cause of strings the installer cant match to what it is looking for, you have to manually add the code in to that file with the help of the modinstruction in our docsection.

Yeap. Babylon error coz I don't have a complete babylon theme in the forum.

I've tried to look for install.php to see what is the code needed to put into index.template.php but to no avail. Where do i get the codes for it?

Thank you G6 for your kind assistance :)

I only found this, it uses the same codes as TP 0.9.8 for TP 1.0.5 Beta 1?

 :uglystupid2:   Bhaaaa, pointed there so many times i forgot about it.  Sorry for that.
Most of the code are the same, but a few are not, so extract the tp package on your local machine, in there you have a file named tinyportal1049.mod
In there you have the codechanges you need to add to the files.

I've extracted tinyportal1010-1049.mod to my local machine as per advice. Anyway, I don't see the code changes I need to add to index.template.php file.

In tinyportal1010-1049.mod, I can only find the code changes for:-

$sourcedir/Subs.php
$sourcedir/QueryString.php
$sourcedir/Admin.php

Did I miss out anything?

G6Cad

Yes, you didnt open the file i said you should open ;)
Read the filename again

Thank you so much G6. You helped me each times I have problems with my forum :)

Vinspire

Succesfully Installed TP 1.0.5 Beta onto my forum :)

The error is caused by:-

$themedir/index.template.php

if (in_array($context['current_action'], array('search', 'admin', 'calendar', 'profile', 'mlist', 'register', 'login', 'help', 'pm')))

<replace>

if (in_array($context['current_action'], array('search', 'admin', 'calendar', 'profile', 'mlist', 'register', 'login', 'help', 'pm', 'forum', 'tpadmin')))
</replace>

Thank you again G6 :)
