Unable to load the 'TPShout.english' language file.

im getting 2 errors here:

Unable to load the 'TPShout.english' language file

and

Unable to load the 'TPAdvShout.english' language file.

i tried this on my test area with one test site as fully moded, with tpv.98 and then one with a fresh install of smf and tp v1.. either way i get it looking like the attached, and im thinking it might be my internet when im downloading, due to wifi, not getting the entire package..

smf1.1.4 with upgrade to tpv1
mods installed are:

when uninstalling tpv.98 i got an error from the index.template that it wouldnt install, i went ahead and uninstalled, then uploaded and applied the v1

the one with full mods, is a separate download from the fresh install..

on the fresh install i had no errors, but i have the errors here:

Unable to load the 'TPShout.english' language file

and

Unable to load the 'TPAdvShout.english' language file.

suggestions??

i think the buttons are coming long and will be very nice in it.. lol i like that..

They will be more New Themes, so keep yur eyeball peeled.

lol here if you want, take a peek at this, but im not happy with it.. think its too pointy.. mmm but im going to play with it, till i can get happy bout fixin the errors lol.. i did get the upgrade.. so... but i want to try something else on the buttons.. here is the off ones so far, 2 sets.. will send psd too if you want it.. think im off a shade too but see what you think and let me know before i start on the other one.. 

lol Jeff, i think you will be happy with these.. hope so.. let me know, as i have a copy of the psd if i need to adjust for color..

back to my topic.. i tried the upgrade.php file, and that wasnt it, so i am attempting to re download the beta to see if im missing any files since im on wifi and tend to dip on cloudy rainy days like this crap, and now i cant download it. mmm

perhaps its me and i need to wait till i can have a bright sun shiny day to do this.. smoky isnt happy

If it cant find a file, start looking for the file and make sure it's there.
The modules have their own system and are not using the language files from the default/languages/ folder.
So check that the file are located at /root/tp-files/tp-modules/TPAdvShout/languages/

If not, upload the files to it manually

the file was there G6, but i think at that time my wifi did dip when i tried downloading the new release. i since re downloaded, re made a new database, re installed smf, then re installed the tpv1.. and got it going, except for the errors im finding in the error log like this:

and at this time, i have decided to step back. nothing personal, but i need to be able to download and install without running into errors like this. chances are, it is my internet connection.. untill a nice day with no interference on my net.. sad for this, but this is how i have to handle it.. not to mention, i need a break.. love you and everyone here, but i need to put me first.. i dont like having issues like this, so..
